Flat Rate Pricing
Our method of billing is called "Flat Rate Pricing", sometimes referred to as menu pricing. Flat rate pricing, simply put, is an up-front bill based upon a standard price per service. This enables you to know what services are necessary as well as the cost, before you commit to the service.*

*A fee is charged for the initial diagnostic services

Preventive Maintenace Plan
Preventive Maintenace Plan service and inspection reduces the number of emergency calls by revealing potential problems that can be corrected inexpensively before causing major repair bills.

Peace of Mind: Automatic, periodic inspection, lubricating, adjusting and cleaning of your water heater and fixtures keeps them operating at peak, trouble-free efficiency. Potential problems are spotted before they cause trouble.

Experts at Your Service: A competenct, trained, dependable staff of experts looks after and "worries" about your plumbing fixtures and its performance. We work with you to schedule your service calls when it is most convenient.

Preferred Treatment: The Preventive Maintenace Plan increases your plumbing and heating reliability, but should you need emergency service, UPP entitiles you to preferential treatment.

Discount Pricing: You receive discount pricing on all services during the term of your Preventive Maintenance contract.
